Newstream had the opportunity to acquire the Kentucky Home Life Building. The historic landmark in downtown Louisville, built in 1912, will be redeveloped into a Mixed-Use concept to include a hotel, urban loft apartments, and retail. The building boasts 20 stories and over 274,000 ft. of programmable square footage. The building is located on the corner of Jefferson St and Fifth St in the heart of downtown in close proximity to many of Louisville’s top demand generators.
