Newstream acquired the 143-key Royal St. Charles Hotel and converted the hotel to a Hotel Indigo by IHG. The hotel is exceptionally positioned one block from the French Quarter in the heart of New Orleans. The Hotel Indigo is proximate to the city’s most popular attractions. Located at the corner of St. Charles Avenue and Common Street, the Hotel is on the primary Mardi Gras parade route and features highly desirable balconies that provide unobstructed views of the festivities.
